What affects the estimate and timeline?
Size, existing conditions, design, materials, trade scope, permits, site access and material availability all affect the project. Pricing and timing are established for the defined scope rather than a general square-foot promise.
How are changes handled?
Changes to scope, selections, cost or timing should be documented and approved through the project agreement before the changed work proceeds.
